About Moon Miners' Manifesto
Inspiration Behind MMM - read "M" is for "Mole" The wellspring of inspiration that continues to fuel MMM articles comes from a personal experience that is described in issue #1 This article may be moonbound! On March 11, 2004, an illustrated pdf version of this article was uploaded to TransOrbital Corporation's Archive of Personal Messages to fly around the Moon aboard TrailBlazer 1 in a canister designed to survive the eventual impact on the Moon's surface. That vthis mission will ever fly is now in doubt, however. |
Content & Themes: Most issues deal with the opening of the Lunar frontier, suggesting how pioneers can make best use of local resources and learn to make themselves at home. This will involve psychological, social, and physiological adjustment. |
The Moon Society Journal: The four page centerfold section of each issue of Moon Miners' Manifesto is reserved for the use of the Moon Society. |
